Voluntas is an energetic covenant in Yotkshire and at the forefront of political activity against Blackthorn. Well, it might be safer to say that Julia is at the forefront; but she has the, sometimes limited, support of the others.

Voluntas has a very good magical library that they are quite generous about allowing access to. Copying texts out of it is more expensive though!

Voluntas owns a parcel of land between Gislandune (Islington) and London1 that Julia intends to build a meeting place for the tribunal upon. Her original plan was to house a religious order there to keep it; but this foundered at the 1215 tribunal against the argument that creating new religious orders was prohibited. It seems likely that this plan will resurface in another form later.
