[BNomic-Public] First Round Voting

I believe I can vote, since I posted to a public forum my request to join
and am consequently a Player by r14.

If I am not a player,
I wish to become a player who is known by the name of "Zarpint the Incomplete".

I vote for Wonko's proposal "__Cleaning Up, v2.0__".
