Little Wanderer / Sashera was given to Perceval the Redcap after his
third child was born.  Nominally she lives in the Mercere House but
she always wants to either be talking to people, seeing what is on
the other side of the hill, or watching magic; so she will pop up
pretty much anywhere unexpectedly.

Perceval has got used to her antics and she spends some of her time
travelling with him, on the back of his horse.
