The Turb consists of four greges, two drill sergeants, and a captain.
Since the Turb is quite small it's possible the captain could double
as the Cambridge Drill Sergent.  We probably need some trainees too;
they will become part of a grex at some point during training.

In a fit of mage humour Astrolabe named the greges after the first
letters from four different alphabets, but covenfolk consensus has
turned this into the peoples who use that alphabet.  This also extends
to other features of the grex; e.g. Grex Iudaeus has a number of Jewish
members and uses Hebrew as a unit cant.
