This book is plainly and badly bound. It is obviously old but has been
cherished and looked after. The contents is a clear and thoughtful
explanation of the history, practices and organisation of the Hermetic
House of Diedne.

The contents of the book has been heavily annotated with vituperative
but witty comments by another hand. These comments give a clear
perspective of the schism war from the point of view of the Diedne and
are especially insulting towards the Tremere.
