* Character attributes start at a base of Chaos; buying down is permissible.
* All characters have the following Shapeshifting powers at no cost:
  * Basic Forms
  * Partial Shift
  * Automatic Shape Shift
  * Shift Wounds
  * Shift Matter
* 40 additional points can be spent on the character.
* No more than 3 points of Good or Bad Stuff allowed.
* Most powers have been divided into [[partial powers|Partial Powers]].
* Various kinds of [[allies|Allies]] are available. 
* [[Rank]] can be purchased.
