* The first thing you need to do is let us know which [[background|Backgrounds]] you are interested in.
* Character attributes start at a base of Human.
* 50 additional points can be spent on the character.
* No more than one attribute of 25 or more (Amber level).
* No more than 5 points of Good or Bad Stuff allowed.
* No more than 15 points spent on powers which have been divided into [[partial powers|Partial Powers]].
* No more than 15 points on items, and no more than 8 points per item.
* There are some [[things to be aware of|Notes on Powers]].
* Various kinds of [[allies|Allies]] are available.
* If there's something you want and you can't see it on these pages, please feel free to ask.
