Holly of Amber, Daughter of Flora

Holly is Ivy's identical twin sister (see Jon's email). The twins are blonde and have grey-blue eyes.

Holly and Ivy are Flora's daughters. Their mother brought them back to Amber to be raised by the Castle Amber staff. She's visited from time to time, but doesn't show much interest in them.

They have just reached their majority, and have recently walked the Pattern. They would like a chance to prove that they aren't entirely ditzes like their mother, since they have mainly been known thus far for taking great trouble over their appearance and clothing.

Holly is often found in the library surrounded by erudite books, one of which she hastily picks up whenever someone approaches. She was definitely not reading that romance... She is usually accompanied by one of her mother's wolfhounds, Comet.

The two sisters appear to get on relatively harmoniously, with their main public disagreements being over what colours they should wear. However, it's widely suspected that this is because they don't have enough opinions on anything substantial that they might have anything to disagree about!
