He's changed his appearance so often that even he hardly remembers what his natural human form looks like; he usually chooses appearances best described as unremarkable.
Levi's elemental form is based on air; his chaos form looks like an inky humanoid shadow with extra tentacles and appendages; there are clearly a number of them, but they seem to shift and change so that it's impossible to determine exactly how many there are at any point.

You are habitual criminals who accept arrest as an occupational hazard and presumably accept imprisonment in the same casual manner. We therefore feel constrained to commit you to the maximum term allowed for these offences — you will go to prison for five years.
Characters: Character creation for this is fairly straightforward: Free Basic Shapeshift, no artifacts, allies or ShadowKnight? weirdness. Your starting level is "Chaos" for all stats, i.e. Amber level costs 10ps. Yes, you may be a very bad Shapeshifter. You may not buy down Endurance, but others you may if you really, really want to. Needless to say, I advise against this. You may not invest in Good Stuff. Bad Stuff maximum is 5pts.
What I'm really interested in is what crime you have been imprisoned for. It will not be a capital crime, as felons are dealt with in a brutal feudal manner. More likely you were caught stealing bread for your starving family, failing to bow in the presence of a noble, poaching and so on.
You are all citizens of House Jesby, but what you do for the house is open to discussion.
