• 1 1/2 oz White rum
  
• 6 leaves of Mint
  
• Soda Water
  
• 1 oz Fresh lime juice
  
• 2 teaspoons Sugar
  

1. Muddle the mint sprigs with the sugar and lime juice.
   
2. Add the rum and top with soda water.
   
3. Garnish with a sprig of mint leaves.
   
4. Serve with a straw
