Wouldn't it be easier to say, give all BNS to the Bank, then give 500 to
each player from the Bank?

You might want to use 'Shares' here - Stocks are defined by the rules to
exist. 'Buying a Stock' is the same as 'Buying a share of a Stock', but I
don't think 'Destroying a Stock' is the same as 'Destroying a share of a
Stock'...
